The Puppet-Emperor tries to rewrite the Constitution again

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama said Saturday new budget rules that say spending cuts must accompany spending increases will force Congress to "pay for what it spends, just like everybody else."
Obama signed a bill Friday reinstating budget rules known as "paygo" — short for "pay as you go."
The president has been trying to show a public alarmed by higher government spending in the midst of an economic downturn that he is taking steps to tighten Washington's purse strings.

Note how the public is always supposedly alarmed by whatever is required to give tacit approval to whatever the financial oligarchy wants to do at the moment. In fact, we're not alarmed by how much the government is spending - we're alarmed at the fact that it's going to waste, such as for bailouts of worthless assets which should be allowed to evaporate, Satanism disguised as "absolutely necessary wars," "green" technology, and welfare-type programs that are only necessary because the economy is in such bad condition. It just so happens that massive spending on productive warfare-scale projects is precisely what is required to create an economic recovery, and Obama's masters know this.
