"Unexpected": Better than "we lied"

Consumer spending and personal incomes in the U.S. unexpectedly stagnated in June, showing a lack of jobs is hurting the biggest part of the economy.

This wasn't unexpected - it was the intended effect of the British economic policies crammed down our throats by the likes of Mr. Ethics, Barney Frank, whose latest project is railroading Maxine Waters. Congress doesn't have any problem with him destroying the US economy, but if he showed up for work in a tutu, they'd declare even him, one of the oligarchy's chief whores in Congress, to be unethical. He's not a cute and cuddly pet gay Congressman, but a dangerous traitor.
