Siddiqui trial outcome predetermined

One of the many disgusting aspects of the Aafia Siddiqui "trial" is how she was "determined" to be metally fit for trial, after previously having been found to be unfit. Yet later, she was determined to be unfit to testify. So which is it? This is a case of fitting the facts on a minute-by-minute basis to a predetermined outcome, which isn't even internally consistent with itself. As one writer pointed out, her alleged involvement in terrorism was never mentioned during the trial, although it was treated as a foregone conclusion during her sentencing. This "trial" was more like the Mad Hatter's tea party, with Judge Richard Berman as the hatter. This is a prime example of how "evidence" of "Islamic terrorism" is created.
