Some of that "icewater" sure would come in handy about now

(Reuters) - Texas Governor Rick Perry called on Texans to pray for rain as cooler temperatures on Thursday helped firefighters contain wildfires that have charred more than 1.5 million acres across the state.

And yet when LaRouche demonstrated the feasibility of NAWAPA, and provided a program for implementing it, he's dismissed with the word "icewater" by Perry's less sanctimonious fellow British lackey, Bawney Fwank, who probably considers these fire to be a beautiful natural situation, like the vast, empty, unproductive expanses of the western US and the one between his ears.
