Congratulations! You are the millionth key Al Qaeda leader!

Ilyas Kashmiri, a top Pakistani militant and senior Al Qaeda operative, reportedly has been killed in a US drone strike in the tribal territory of South Waziristan, according to press reports and a statement from the group he headed.
A Pakistani intelligence official said Kashmiri was among nine militants killed in the strike. While identifying individuals killed in such attacks can be difficult, a fax from the militant group he was heading – Harakat-ul-Jihad al-Islami's "313 Brigade" – confirmed Kashmiri was "martyred" in the strike.

US military recruitment must really be hurting for so many "successes" to happen just as high school and college terms end. Actually, the guy has just gone on vacation, and will be back in the fall under a new name, a new beard, and a fresh supply of bombs imported from Londonistan. Meanwhile, his "outraged supporters" will pick up the slack. It wasn't dubbed "the long war" for nothing - it was known at the outset that this rabid-dog fight, in which the "adversaries" run around attacking everyone but each other, would last until civilization lies in ruins.
