U2 brought the curtain down on their massive 360 world tour last night (July 30th), having comfortably surpassed all previous records to become the owners of the highest grossing tour of all time.
We're supposed to believe that when a lot of people barely have enough to make ends meet, a rock band tour can break all-time record ticket sales. Note that the record was specified in gross sales, and not in the number of tickets sold. How much of this record-setting total consisted of drug money being laundered into "ticket sales?" This supposed record might just be a sign that there are a lot more heroin addicts who make their money by selling chunks of infrastructure down at their local scrap-metal dealer, thanks to the bumper opium crops in "liberated" Afghanistan, and the desire to escape Obama's world of hope.
