Washington (CNN) -- The 17-year sentence given to convicted terrorist plotter Jose Padilla was ruled too lenient by a federal appeals court on Monday, a legal victory for the Obama administration.[...]FBI agent John Kavanaugh testified that the calls were made in code, which Padilla used to discuss traveling overseas to fight with Islamic militants, along with side trips to Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan. Padilla's lawyers had argued he never spoke in code. His voice is heard on only seven of 300,000 taped conversations.
We have nothing with the outcast and the unfit [societal rejects]: let them die in their misery. For they feel not. Compassion is the vice of kings: STAMP DOWN THE WRETCHED & THE WEAK: this is the law of the strong: this is our law and THE JOY OF THE WORLD....[...]King! Love one another with burning hearts; ON THE LOW MEN TRAMPLE IN THE FIERCE LUST OF YOUR PRIDE, in the day of your wrath. Ye are against THE PEOPLE, O my chosen![...]KILL AND TORTURE; SPARE NOT; BE UPON THEM![...]DRAG DOWN THEIR SOULS TO AWFUL TORMENT: LAUGH AT THEIR FEAR: SPIT UPON THEM!

Meanwhile, we've got military commanders sending their men into ambushes (probably in coordination with the Taliban, as in the black-ops invasion of Libya) and doing nothing in response to their pleas for air support, and they get a reprimand, which will probably end up earning them a promotion within the Satanist faction of the military.
Padilla's crime is that of being "outcast and unfit," i.e. "the worst of the worst," and he was subjected to absolute hell for over three years as part of an experiment by likely black magicians in destroying mankind, forever. (Orwell's "stamping on a human face - forever.") It appears that they're not finished with him yet.
Not one news outfit has interviewed Padilla, probably because they don't want us to know what Padilla is really like, and what has been done to his mind as a result of terrorizing him in some demon-haunted dungeon for over three years, in the name of fighting terrorism. Not even the "alternative media" which supposedly oppose the "war on terror" have suggested that someone interview him on camera and put it on the internet.
These prosecutors and judges, assuming they have souls, will eventually have to face justice in a system which they and their buddies can't rig. They're probably betting that they won't, but we've seen how those bets can go so very wrong.
