... Mr. Obama embraced a disputed method for counting civilian casualties that did little to box him in. It in effect counts all military-age males in a strike zone as combatants, according to several administration officials, unless there is explicit intelligence posthumously proving them innocent.from Secret ‘Kill List’ Proves a Test of Obama’s Principles and Will
After running across the criteria for a drone strike (for the third time) in the course of writing the previous entry, I realized that it shares the same high tolerance for "screw ups" as other laws or rules which are written for the benefit of Satanists, such as the supposed law which supposedly permitted Deputy Matt Paul to "not-murder" Christopher Harris by slamming into him, thus sending him flying head-first into a brick wall, when the much smaller Harris had essentially surrendered (click on "The Not-Murder of Christopher Harris" label on the right side of this page). Whenever a drone strike is used for terror, those who designated the target can always claim to have BELIEVED that the attack was justified, just as Deputy Paul can avoid being brought up on brutality charges by claiming to BELIEVE that he wasn't using excessive force. I suspect that this high degree of subjectivity was one of the main reasons behind the decision to use drone strikes on such a large scale.
There is one way to know what those making these claims really believe, and this is through the use of a brain-scanner to determine which areas of the brain are being used while making such claims. But of course the military and law-enforcement are probably mysteriously exempt from such scrutiny, thanks to additional laws custom-made by the global horde of "Devil's advocates" whose specialty is writing and applying laws to give organized Satanism every advantage in its drive to conquer mankind. No such characters will ever appear in a TV legal drama, because their existence is a State Secret (an Invisible Empire secret), but they exist nevertheless. A few of them, such as David Addington and John Yoo, surfaced in Cheney's shadow-DoJ.
Deputy Paul was allowed to make this claim even though he had been through the police academy, and should have known the risks of slamming into much smaller people when they might end up hitting hard, immovable objects. Police academy representatives issued warnings about his propensity for brutality, but his superiors in Seattle did nothing to rein him in. So naturally, the taxpayers were penalized.
